True to size tiered maxi-skirt/pants with smocked elastic waistband. Fabric is woven with no stretch. Shorts lining has stretch. This style is slightly fitted through hip and upper thigh with a flowy leg. If between sizes, size up for a more relaxed look or for more of a “skirt” appearance.
Melissa is 5’5 size 2/4 between an XS and S and can wear Extra Small (XS) for a slimmer fit or (S) for a looser look
